Delivery Time
Retail orders ship within 1-2 business days; Wholesale orders ship within 2-3 weeks. Additional lead time is required for some items, as indicated in these items' product descriptions.  

Return Policy

Our return policy is simple:

• We offer a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects for all work. 
• Damage related to shipping must be reported within 7 days of receiving order. 
• No returns for weathering, abuse, broken glass, or natural variations including colors, textures, shapes, natural features of wood grain, etc. 
• Upon receiving the returned item, we will cheerfully send you a replacement or full refund of the price of the item purchased. 
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
